All conversions that require local authority planning permission, under the Town and Country Planning Act, will be passed to our Chartered Architect and drawn, submitted and passed by your local planning department, on your behalf. Your local building control officer will inspect the work at pre determined stages and finally the completed work will be approved and certificated by them.
As the experts in our field with over twenty years experience, and as members of The Federation of Master Builders, you can be confident of the quality of our work with the assurance that all conversions are undertaken promptly and efficiently with the minimum of disturbance and inconvenience to you.
All of our tradesmen are ‘time served’ and individually certificated. Our specialist tradesmen (plumbing, heating and electrical) carry up-to-date CORGI and NICEC approval.
Once completed, all lofts carry our own 5 year warranty, or alternatively, you can opt for 10 year insurance backed Master Bond Warranty.
